Radio Information Center for the Blind (RICB) RICB lets listeners with special receivers (which we supply) know what's going on in the greater Delaware Valley and the world. Every day, we read aloud the major daily and neighborhood papers. We make sure that our listeners have up-to-the-minute information on shopping, local events, changes in transit schedules and more. All week long we offer special programs on health and medicine, gardening, business, travel, science, outdoor recreation, narrated movies, and men's and women's fashions. We also read aloud many popular magazines, along with TV listings and favorite columnists. What's more, we broadcast chapter-by-chapter readings of current fiction and non-fiction books so hot off the presses, they sizzle. Our listeners are informed, involved, creative and active members of society. And we are proud to be part of their world. Volunteers help keep RICB listeners informed by reading The Philadelphia Inquirer. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE BLIND TO QUALIFY FOR THE ASB READING SERVICE!
